Emulsifiers are crucial in emulsified products such as sausages (of the frankfurter type) and pâtés. The emulsifiers are used singly or in combination to obtain a stable emulsion and thus improve the texture and shelf life. Because they simplify the production process and make manufacturing efficient and streamlined, emulsifiers also optimise costs.
Our emulsifiers are free from GMOs, certified kosher and halal and have an RSPO SG certificate. There are also alternatives available without palm oil and lecithin.
