A range of dairy and non-dairy creamers/whiteners for use as coffee and tea creamers or as an ingredient in cocoa-based powders.
Within this broad range, the creamers have specific characteristics depending on your needs e.g. solubility, even in cold water, foaming properties, extra stability in hard water, at high temperatures at various pH values.
Ideal for vending and in beverages.

Foamers - Vana® Cappa
Over 20 different types of powdered foaming agents based on dairy ingredients, vegetable fats and carbohydrates for use in instant drinks such as cappuccinos and chocolate drinks.
When hot water or coffee is poured onto the powder, it creates a stable and attractive layer of foam. In addition, these foamers give instant drinks a full, milky flavour.

Vana® Cappa 25W

This Vana® Cappa creates a structure for a smooth mouthfeel and a premium milky taste and is completely Non HVO.
Vana® Cappa 40V
Vana® Cappa 40V is applicable for multi-serve packaging and sachets (17 grams) that gives a fine appearance providing a smooth mouthfeel.
This Vana® Cappa gives a firm texture providing a spoonable foam and is declaration friendly (no glucose syrup) and contains Non HVO.

Creamers - Vana® Crema
A range of multi-functional creamers with various fat percentages, vegetable fat types, fat/protein ratios, emulsifiers and carrier materials.
These products can be used in dry instant and cooking beverages, milkshakes, sportdrinks, meal replacers,… as pre-emulsified fat.
Properties such as the whitening, mouth-feel, taste, texture, creaminess and colour can be adjusted to the exact demands of your specific application.
