Encapsulated fat powder
Powders with different vegetable fat or oil types (palm, coconut, soy, sunflower, rapeseed and olive) with a fat and oil content of up to 80%, containing different proteins and carrier materials.
The high fat percentage, combined with good free-flowing properties, makes these powders exceptionally well-suited as a fat source in bakery products.

- Fat (palm, coconut, soy, sunflower, rapeseed and olive)
- Carbohydrates (maltodextrin, lactose, glucose)
- Proteins (casein, whey protein, dairyfree)
- Additional functional additives where needed
